Myron Wolynec

Myron Sheldon Wolynec, 80, of Houston Texas passed away January 17, 2022, peacefully in his sleep after a battle with progressive Alzheimer’s disease.
Myron was born August 12, 1941, to Phillip and Lillian Wolynec in Shreveport, La.
Myron graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1964. His professional career, as an accountant, began at General Electric and continued for many years.
In 1964 Myron married Roberta Kaye Brandt in Houston, TX. Myron and Roberta went on to have 2 daughters, Phyllis Michelle and Lori Ilene.
Myron was a 35-year member of the Lions Club organization as President, Secretary and Treasurer over the years. He dedicated his life to giving back and contributing to make communities a better place. Always lending a helping hand. He gave his time volunteering at several hospitals and at Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services facility throughout his life.
Myron is proceeded in death by father Phillip Wolynec, Mother Lillian Zisook, brother, Alan Wolynec, and sister, Sheila Wolynec Henry.
Myron is survived by wife, Roberta Brandt Wolynec, daughter, Lori Ilene Wolynec, daughter and son-in-law Phyllis and Michael Trogdon, and granddaughters, Sara Nichole Trogdon and Lauren Michelle Trogdon.
