Lucyna (Lucy) Borosh, nee’ Ehrlich

Lucy Borosh, a child survivor of the Shoah, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024. Lucy was a devoted wife to Itshak (Jackie), a devoted mother to Tammy and Ossie, and a devoted grandmother to Arye and Sam Mindell and Nathan (Sharona), Jacob and Sarah Plumb. She was thrilled to meet her great grandson Erez a few weeks ago. She is also survived by her sister, Yael Gazit.

Lucy was born in prewar Poland on October 5, 1937. After the invasion of Poland by Germany, her father hid her and her sister. Her mother perished at the hands of the Nazis but Lucy was reunited with her father and her sister after the war.
