Jarrell Speer

Jarrell Stephen Speer, age 79, passed away November 10, 2020. Jarrell was born in Houston, Texas on January 26, 1941 to Louis M. Speer and Pauleen Mosesman Speer.
Jarrell was one of three brothers who enjoyed a wonderful childhood at their home at
3803 Arbor St. It was a loving home with a loving family.Jarrell graduated from San Jacinto High School in 1959. After graduation, Jarrell attended the University Of Houston. He worked for years in the wholesale produce business, but it was his love of sports and entertainment that led to his opening a ticket agency where he worked for over twenty years. Jarrell is predeceased by his parents Louis and Pauleen Speer. He is survived by his children Lisa and John Daugherty and Laurie Kahn, brothers, Richard and Susan Speer, and Brent and Gayle Speer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.Jarrell will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends. A private graveside service was held with Rabbi Roy A. Walter officiating.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Jarrell’s memory to a charity of choice.
